Pastor Victor Blair is born again, loves the Lord, the Church, and all of God’s people. Pastor Blair is the husband of Kimberlie Y. Blair and the father of Victor II, Zachary and Morgan Blair. ​

 

Pastor Blair has earned his B.A. from American Baptist College and his M.A. from Anderson University. Pastor Blair has been in ministry 23 years. After completing seminary his first assignment was the Center Baptist Church in Auburn, Kentucky. In June of 1995 Pastor Blair became the Assistant Pastor of the Fountain Head Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Lorenzo Black. In 1996 The Fountain Head Baptist Church subsequently called Pastor Blair unanimously as the pastor and the church flourished and experience tremendous growth. Since then, numerous ministries have been established, renovations have been made to the sanctuary, and a new state of the art multi-purpose building has been erected, all to the glory of God. The Fountain is poised to enter into a prosperous and exciting future given its tireless leadership and the tremendous vision that God has given to our shepherd, Pastor Victor Blair.
